Seniors Blue Book

The Seniors Blue Book is an excellent source of information for local senior citizens. Our office has free booklets of the Bergen County Blue Book for anyone who wants them. Advance Directive and Healthcare Proxy Information

Advance directives are legal documents that will communicate your end-of-life wishes if you are unable to express your wishes. The advance directive is composed of a living will and a medical/healthcare power of attorney (may also be referred to as a healthcare proxy).

Cancer Care leads many support groups for patients and their families. More information is available on the website. They also provide an annual weekend retreat in June for families with children coping with loss of a loved one from cancer.
